01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and tim138 (hereinafter referred to as "tim138", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your use of the tim138 online gaming platform accessible at https://tim138.click and any associated applications, services, or features (collectively, the "Platform").

tim138 operates an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving users in Malaysia. The Platform offers live casino games, sports wagering (including English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other major events), slot games, and related entertainment services.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with tim138, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, game participation, and conduct on the Platform. They are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below:

03 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. Your acceptance is effective from the earliest of: (a) the date you register an Account; (b) the date you first place a wager; or (c) the date you first access any feature of the Platform.

This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written representations, communications, or understandings between you and tim138 regarding the subject matter herein. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other document or communication from tim138, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and that you are not subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement or using the Platform.

04 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. tim138 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds therein forfeited or returned at tim138's sole discretion following an investigation.
2. Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
4. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to using the Platform.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily applied through tim138 or through any recognised responsible gambling programme, at the time of registration or wagering.
6. Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): tim138 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to Accounts held by Politically Exposed Persons in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards.

05 Account Registration

Registration on the tim138 Platform is free of charge. To create an Account, you must provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, and an active email address. Additional information including your full legal name, date of birth, and preferred payment method may be required to complete the registration process or to comply with KYC obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

tim138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials confidential. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at the contact details set out in Section 17 of this Agreement.

Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, tim138 requires completion of the KYC process. This requires you to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., Malaysian identity card or passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. tim138 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or Account activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

tim138 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees applied by tim138:

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Specific payment methods may carry individual minimum or maximum transaction limits as displayed on the deposit page.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) and within 30 minutes for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending compliance review.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on your Account (the "same-source" rule), except where tim138 expressly approves an alternative method following KYC review. tim138 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that do not satisfy this requirement or that raise compliance concerns.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, tim138 reserves the right to freeze the Account pending investigation and may forfeit the deposit amount.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

tim138 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback programmes, and the Refer a Friend scheme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are specified on a per-promotion basis.
2. Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion period per Account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
3. tim138 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds at any time where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage wagering, hedging, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
4. Birthday Bonus eligibility is determined by the tier attained by the Player at the time of their birthday, as recorded in the Account. The maximum birthday bonus available is MYR 2,688 at VIP tier. Payment is at tim138's discretion and subject to satisfactory KYC status.
5. Refer a Friend bonuses are credited once the referred friend has successfully registered, completed KYC, and made a qualifying deposit. The referring Player earns MYR 38 per qualifying referral. There is no cap on the number of qualifying referrals. Referral payments are made to the referring Account's Balance and may be withdrawn subject to applicable wagering requirements.
6. tim138 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to awarding any bonuses already validly earned prior to such amendment.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tim138 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules and the following general betting conditions:

1. A bet is deemed accepted only upon confirmation by the Platform. Bets not confirmed due to system error, network interruption, or insufficient Balance are treated as void and any funds deducted will be returned.
2. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission, and confirmed by the Platform, are the odds applicable to that bet.
3. tim138 reserves the right to void any bet where it reasonably believes that the odds offered were materially erroneous due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Where possible, tim138 will notify affected Players and restore their Balance within 24 hours.
4. For sports events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC), if an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided unless otherwise specified in the event's individual betting rules.
5. Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply and are published on the relevant betting market page. tim138 reserves the right to apply account-level betting limits at its sole discretion.
6. Slot game results are determined by independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot game is displayed on the game information page. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tim138 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using third-party payment accounts to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or any activity that contravenes anti-money laundering legislation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotional terms, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, game software, or security systems.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim multiple instances of a welcome bonus.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent dispute claims on deposits already wagered on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tim138 Platform — including but not limited to the tim138 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, code, audio, and visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of tim138 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tim138.

Any unauthorised use of tim138's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

tim138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and platform improvement. tim138 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gambling

tim138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following player protection tools at no cost, accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set or reduce at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session duration reminders and automatic logout after a specified period of inactivity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive promotional communications.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without initiating a full self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Optional pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position at customisable intervals.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tim138's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no circumstances shall tim138 be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss;
• Losses arising from your reliance on the Platform's availability where interruption results from maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including as a result of prohibited conduct;
• Losses incurred as a result of game outcomes determined by independently certified RNG software, where no technical malfunction is demonstrated;
• Any action or inaction by a third-party payment provider affecting deposit or withdrawal processing times.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14 Termination of Account

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedures and subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Any unused Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Termination by tim138: tim138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements;
• Bankruptcy or insolvency of the Account Holder.

Where an Account is closed by tim138 due to a proven breach of these Terms, all balances — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation and may be forfeited where the breach involves fraudulent activity.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tim138 holds its international operating licence, without reference to conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and tim138 in connection with this Agreement or the Platform, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. tim138 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of formal notification to tim138, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class action proceedings are expressly excluded by this Agreement.

16 Amendments to these Terms

tim138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change to the Terms materially affects your rights or obligations, tim138 will provide reasonable notice of the change by displaying a notification on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

The version number and effective date of the current Terms are displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review the Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
